Standard integrations in TimeLog

Introduction

TimeLog offers a range of financial and payroll integrations that allow you to exchange data between TimeLog and the activated integrations. Adding the desired integration(s) is done in TimeLog System Administration >> Integrations & API >> Integrations.

Description

Click ADD integration to add the integration to your TimeLog. To establish a connection between TimeLog and the added integration, you must have the necessary system rights to create the connection to the added integrations.

After establishing the connection, the integration must be configured and activated to transfer TimeLog data. You can find our online guide via the question mark icon at the top right of each integration.

Financial integrations

TimeLog has integrations with a range of financial systems. Clicking on the name of the financial system will open our online integration guide in the local language.

Payroll Integrations

We have integrations with a range of payroll systems. Clicking on the name of the payroll system will open our online integration guide in the local language.

TimeLog and Multiple Legal Entities

If your company has multiple companies, it is possible with TimeLog MLE to integrate one TimeLog installation with several accounting and payroll systems.

This makes it easy to share resources across your companies' projects, and you can still ensure that invoices and payroll data are transferred to the correct systems. Employees working on projects across companies only need to register time in one system, and you can report across the entire organization.

You can read more about TimeLog MLE via this link.

Configuration of the Integration

After adding the integration, it needs to be configured by clicking on Configure. The online guide goes through all the setups.

Adjusting Setup

If you want to adjust the integration's setup, for example, if you need to add new item numbers or employees, this is done in the integration. Click on the Configure link on the integration and the change will be applied at the next data transfer.

Deactivating an Integration

If you want to deactivate an integration, click the DEACTIVATE button in the integration. If you want to disconnect the link between TimeLog and the integration, click RESET and the linked information will be deleted. You can then click the trash can icon to remove the integration from the list of active integrations.
