Indexation overview

Introduction

Here you can read about how to get an overview of your previous indexations via Projects -> Index hourly rates.

Description

Filter

In the filter in the top, you have the option to adjust the results in your view.

The field Latest indexation before can help you limit your search and only show customers, projects, contracts or selected hourly rates that you have indexed after a specific date.

Click Show.

Next to the Show button, there is an arrow which opens the opportunity to save the current filter or load and use previous filters. You can collapse the filter, so you get more space for the results view.

Results view

Here you see the result of your search in the filter. You get an overview of your indexations distributed on:

• Customer
• Project
• Contract
• Hourly rate

Next to each hourly rate you can see:

• Who did the indexation and when
• The former price
• Indexation in %
• The current price

You have the option to export the view as text or to Excel, so you can continue your work with the overview outside of TimeLog.

The benefits of using the report are that you can easily see:

• When you last indexed your customers
• How you indexed your customers last time
• If you included everything
• Who indexed the customers and when (e.g. if your project managers are responsible for the indexation)
