Payment plan
Introduction
You find the page via the system administration -> My TimeLog account -> Payment plan.
It is only users with access to My TimeLog account who have access to see this information.
You can link My TimeLog account to a role in the System administration -> Employees -> Role and rights management.
Description
Payment period
You can select for which period you want to get invoiced. It is possible to select between:
- Monthly (if you pay with credit card)
- Quarterly
- Annually
Please contact our Customer Success team to change the payment period on you subscription at support@timelog.com. If you e.g. buy extra licences in the current subscription period, you will still get an invoice for the remaining period in your payment period. A change in payment period does not take effect before you get an invoice for your entire subscription.
Payment method
You can pay for your subscription either by credit card or by invoice.
If you select credit card, you can always go to this page and edit your credit card information.
If you change your payment method, it will take effect immediately, and it will be the payment method used for the next add on purchase or subscription payment.
You can always see all changes to your subscription in the action log in the menu to the left.
