This report provides an overview of employee time registrations grouped by internal/external time, projects and salary codes.

Description

This report provides an overview of employee absence and working time. It shows you the normal working time of your employees and their time registrations on internal vs. external work.

The Distribution, Internal time section shows you how internal working hours are distributed across internal projects, internal support cases and salary codes with registrations during the selected period.

Report view

• Under View, select the desired period.
• Under View options, you can opt to show absence/productivity as hours or percentage.

Special remarks

All salary codes are included in the report: those with costs paid by the company and those with costs paid by the employees.
