Introduction
If you have not received payment for an invoice, you can send out a reminder to the customer via TimeLog.
Description
Creating a New Reminder
- The project’s main information is automatically added to the reminder template. The Invoice Address can be edited, and a new Invoice design can be chosen. If the Invoice date and Payment terms are edited, this will change the Payment period which is updated by clicking Save.
- The auto-filled fields Heading and Message can be edited as needed.
- The reminder’s invoice lines contain an invoice line for the reminder fee, and one for interest capitalization, which, together with the date, can be edited.
Save and Book
- Click Save to save the reminder. If you click Preview, you see the print version of the reminder.
- Click Book to book the reminder template.
- Click OK in the pop-up window to add the reminder to TimeLog.
