What is employee allocation?
In TimeLog, the project manager can add employees to the project and the individual phases.
Association of employees has the following purpose:
- To control who can register time
- To determine the rate for the individual employee's time
- To create a foundation for effective resource planning
The association can occur in multiple ways and in more or less detail, depending on how much detail is needed, which tasks are relevant for the individual employee, how differentiated the rate setting is needed, and how widely resource planning is used.
Overall, there are two approaches to employee association:
- Indirect allocation
- Direct allocation
