Change employee cost prices

Introduction

You change your employee’s cost price via the employee card. You can change it both back in time and in the future, and there is a log of the changes.

Description

Select which group and price you want for the employee in the list. Then you select the date from when the change should take effect.

Click Save, and you will see the changes in the history and the action log.

In the History, you can see when there has been an overall change.

In the Action log, you can see when a cost price changed, who did it and on which date.

You can set up general employee cost groups in the System administration -> Finance -> Employee cost price groups.
