Notifications on projects

Introduction

Use a pre-defined e-mail to notify customers and responsible employees about changes and status on projects.

Description

Notifications

• Mark the Active column, if you wish to activate the specific notification
• Click the notification to open it
• Write the text you want for the notification. Please note that your notifications are sent in the language you enter here.
• Click Update

You can use references to names in the system in your notifications. E.g. project names and customer names.

• Project name: <#ProjectName#>
• Customer name: <#CustomerName#>
