We experienced that our hosting partner GlobalConnect had network issues, and it affected our setup. In TimeLog, we did everything we could to inform you and get the system up and running again as quickly as possible.
When we discovered the incident, we reached out to GlobalConnect immediately at 08.00 A.M. CEST and were in ongoing contact with them throughout the day until the problem was solved.
Our Support team sent out four service e-mails to your TimeLog responsibles throughout the day updating you on what was happening during the period, and they were ready to guide you via phone, e-mail and chat - as always.
