Employee key figures
This report shows key figures per employee, per month. A goal can be set in the report – employees who have not met the goal are marked in red.
Explanation of View Options
Below we take you through the key numbers used in TimeLog's Employee key figures report.
- Invoicing %: The amount of an employees’ work that can be invoiced. The amount is in proportion to the employees’ normal working time.
- External %: How many of the employees’ tracked hours that have been registered on external projects. This is measured in proportion to the employees’ normal working time.
- Reg. %: How much of the employees’ normal working time that has been registered during the time period.
- Reg. (h.): The number of hours registered, where the company defrays the expense. Registrations on the salary code groups vacation and leave without pay are not included.
- External (h.): The number of hours registered on external projects.
- Invoiced (h.): The number of invoiced hours.
- Cost (EUR): The cost price of registered hours.
- Actual (EUR): The registered value (expected revenue).
- Invoiced (EUR): The invoiced value.
- Write-off (EUR): The written-off value.
- Non-booked (EUR): The value of the registrations that have not been invoiced.
Calculations
Below we take you through the calculations used in the Employee key figures report.
- Invoicing % = Invoiced (h.) / (Normal working time (h.) – Vacation (h.))
- External % = External (h.) / (Normal working time (h.) – Vacation (h.))
- Reg. % = Actual (h.) / (Normal working time (h.) –Vacation (h.))
- Write-off (EUR) = (Reg. (EUR)) – (Invoiced (EUR)) for all invoiced registrations.
- Non-booked (EUR) = Actual (EUR) – Inv. (EUR) + write-off (EUR).
