Remove approved absence
You have the option to remove your approved absence directly from the timesheet, if you e.g. need to change your vacation.
To remove an approved absence, please follow these steps:
1. Click the burger menu next to the absence code for more options.
2. Select the Remove approved absence option.
3. A new window will appear where you can specify the absence period and write a comment regarding the change.

Once you submit the request, your manager will be automatically notified of the change.
