Change invoice information

Introduction

Under Change invoice information, you select who should receive the invoices from us and which contact details that should be used on the invoices.

Description

Payment method

You can pay for your subscription either by credit card or by receiving an invoice.

If you select credit card, you can always go to this page and edit your credit card information.

If you change your payment method, it will take effect immediately, and it will be the payment method used for the next add on purchase or subscription payment.

Payment interval

You can select for which period you want to get invoiced. It is possible to select between:

  • Monthly (if you pay with credit card)
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly

You can always change your selection, which will take effect from the next subscription payment. If you e.g. buy extra licences in the current subscription period, you will still get an invoice for the remaining period in your payment interval. A change in payment interval does not take effect before you get an invoice for your entire subscription.

Invoice recipient

Here you select who should receive the invoice. It can be a user in TimeLog or a different recipient, who are not created in the system, e.g. a specific invoicing address.

It is possible to include more recipients as CC by using semicolon to separate the e-mail addresses (there is no need for making spaces between semicolon and the e-mail addresses).

Company information

Here you enter contact details such as address.

It is possible to decide if the invoice should include your company address or if it should have a different invoice address.

You are always able to change your invoice information, which will take effect from the next invoice.

Special remarks

In your action log, you can always see when and by whom your invoice information was changed. You find it in the menu to the left.

It is not possible to change your VAT no. by yourself. If you need to change it, please contact accounting@timelog.com.

It is only users with access to My TimeLog account that have access to see this information.

You can link My TimeLog account to a role in the System administration -> Role and rights management.
