Our customer support for the older versions of TimeLog has ended

January 1st 2020, our customer support for older versions of TimeLog ended because we have decided to terminate older versions of TimeLog. For this reason, we are working on upgrading all our customers to the newest version of TimeLog. 

How do you benefit from the upgrade?

Besides continuous support of your TimeLog, you also get an array of improvements which are already implemented in the new version.

  • A brand new and improved timesheet with automatic save and stopwatch functions
  • A new and improved approval process, where you can also approve absence
  • Option to use salary integrations to save time on manual work
  • A new mobile app for time and absence registration and expense management
  • A new and improved way to manage both personal and project expenses
  • A new TimeLog Tracker for Desktop compatible with both Mac and Windows computers
  • General performance and stability optimisations, especially when working with larger projects

How much time does it demand from you to get upgraded?

An upgrade to the new version requires a service check of your current agreement with TimeLog. Via the phone or a personal meeting, we will find the ideal package for you. Once we agree on the commercial terms, we go ahead and plan the upgrade itself. Based on experience from about 300 upgrades, it will take you about 30 minutes to prepare for the upgrade once we are ready.

The majority of our already upgraded customers chose to enter into a change management and optimisation process with one of our consultants. The reason is that the upgrade to many is a great time to go through existing processes and optimise them to match your workday.

The time with the consultant can also be used to set up new integrations, new features and go through the existing features to optimise your prgocesses and give you extra value. There is a lot to gain!
