How to register time in TimeLog in Desktop App
Confused about how to correctly register your daily work hours in TimeLog's Desktop App? Here's the guide
Make sure you have downloaded the desktop app and that you have logged in correctly. Once this is done, follow the steps below to learn how to correctly register your daily hours in the Desktop App.
- Make sure you have the correct filtration on i.e. whether you want to search in "all tasks" or only "your tasks" - you can toggle between the two by using the three dots at the end of the search bar.
Remember that it's possible to live-track your registration. This makes it easier to finalize your registration before submitting it to your manager.
- Locate your tasks. They will be listed in the main window. Here you can shuffle between days and edit your registration.
- After picking the task you want to track time on, you can either manually insert the time spent on the task using the plus sign or track the time using our stopwatch function.

- Once you have doublechecked your registration for the agreed-upon timeframe you can submit your registrations with the arrow in the top right corner.
Note: you can always edit the day's task by clicking the pencil to the right. On the right, you can delete a task if you have added the wrong one.
