Introduction

If you have not received payment for an invoice, you can send out a reminder to the customer via TimeLog.

Description

Creating a New Reminder

  • The project’s main information is automatically added to the reminder template. The Invoice Address can be edited, and a new Invoice design can be chosen. If the Invoice date and Payment terms are edited, this will change the Payment period which is updated by clicking Save.
  • The auto-filled fields Heading and Message can be edited as needed.
  • The reminder’s invoice lines contain an invoice line for the reminder fee, and one for interest capitalization, which, together with the date, can be edited.

Save and Book

  • Click Save to save the reminder. If you click Preview, you see the print version of the reminder.
  • Click Book to book the reminder template.
  • Click OK in the pop-up window to add the reminder to TimeLog.
